- Sarees used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original packaging or tags.

3. Color and Design Variations
We make every effort to display product colors accurately.
However:
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
- Minor weaving or handcrafted variations are natural characteristics of sarees and shall not be treated as defects.
4. Return Approval Process
After receiving your return request:
- Our team will review the details provided.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
- The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
6. Replacement Policy
Where possible, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Exchange for a similar item
- Store credit
instead of a refund.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched and are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges and applicable handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
